Applications
Applications for Limited Licences are to be lodged and payment made online. This Office accepts Visa card, MasterCard, Diners Card and American Express. No fee is payable for an application for a limited licence if the licence is granted for a function or functions that, in the opinion of the licensing authority, are to be held for charitable or other community purposes.

Additional documents may be required depending upon the event details - you will be advised as you complete the application form if any additional documents are required. Where additional documents are required, the completed online application form should be printed and forwarded together with the payment details and required documents to -

Lodgement of an application does not mean the application is granted. You will be notified of the outcome of your application to the address provided in the application.
All applications for a limited licence must be lodged with Consumer and Business Services at least 14 days prior to the event’s start date and must be accompanied by the prescribed application fee and required attachments (if requested).

The nominated person(s) taking responsibility for the sale, consumption or supply of liquor during the event must be present at all times when liquor is being sold, consumed or supplied.
