Judgement Subscription Scheme - Trouble Logging In

JSS Username

Your Username is the first five characters of your company name or your surname plus number suffix if required to be unique. If you don't know your Username or cant remember what it is, please phone the office on (08) 8226 8410 and speak to a member of the Information Technology team.

JSS Password

Your password should be at least five characters, and must start with a letter. It should not contain any spaces. Remember your password is case sensitive, for example if you initially entered your password in lower case, make sure you don't have your caps lock key on when you Log In.

Forgotten Your Password?

Please phone the office on (08) 8226 8410 and speak to a member of the Information Technology team. Once you have been identified, you will be provided with a temporary password to obtain access to the service. You will then be required to select your own unique password when you next log in to JSS
