Judgement Subscription Scheme

Email us with your questions

The Judgement Subscription Scheme involves the issuing of judgements on a regular basis to subscribers.  The scheme also provides a ‘Subjects Index’ folder, which includes précis of all Licensing Court Judgements, Full Court Judgements and significant decisions by the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner.

How to Gain Access to Judgements

To gain access to judgements a person must first subscribe to the Judgement Subscription Scheme. New members can join by applying to this office (see next section).

Once a person is a member of the Judgement Subscription Scheme, they will receive:

  • Copies of the latest judgements recorded for all Licensing Court judgements, Full Court judgements and significant decisions by the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner by post.
  • ‘Subject Index’ details presented in a lever arch folder.
  • A second lever arch folder for judgements.

Members will also regularly receive amended versions of the ‘Subject Index’ to replace outdated versions.

Internet Site

Members of the Judgement Subscription Scheme can also view copies of new judgements via a login access of this website.  The application form will contain details on how to gain login access to these judgements.

For member's convenience, a search mechanism has been provided that will search for judgements using user entered Keywords.
